What separates Crescent Coast apart from the rest? At Crescent Coast, we use a theme based group programming method, which allows our athletes on every level train together. While the beginners may be doing strength based density training, our elite athletes may be working on power and speed olympic movements. At Crescent Coast, we do not believe in a “one size fits all” mentality. We individually assess each athlete before they get started and determine goals, wants, and needs.
