Kids Fit Classes

Working exclusively one-on-one with a coach will help you work harder and smarter and be more consistent and efficient than you would on your own. Your coach will provide you with enough guidance and education to ensure that you establish effective training patterns and habits right from the start. We will continue to educate you on how your body functions and how to train in a safe and effective manner. Working one-on-one with a coach through Personal Training or Personal Program Design will ensure faster results because we customize the program soley for you. We assess, re-assess, and test throughout the programming process.

CrossFit & Bootcamp Classes

What separates Crescent Coast apart from the rest? At Crescent Coast, we use a theme based group programming method. In other words, not all of our athletes are in the same place in their fitness journey. Theme based group programming allows all of our athletes to train together in the same class, yet while the beginners may be doing strength based density training, our elite athletes may be working on power and speed olympic movements. At Crescent Coast, we do not believe in a “one size fits all” mentality. We individually assess each athlete before they get started and determine goals, wants, and needs.

Nutrition Counseling & Meal Planning

Our Nutrition Coaches are here to help our athletes master one of the most important prerequisites for a good healthy and balanced diet. Whether athletes are looking to lose weight, compete in a triathlon, or manage a chronic illness, their eating habits can mean the difference between failure and success. Our Nutrition Coaches will help guide you to your goals by developing a plan that promotes healthy eating while also taking in to consideration the individual lifestyle of the athlete. One of our Nutrition Coaches is also available for additional menu planning and personal meal prep as well.
